As a business, we take our Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities seriously. We provide a safe working environment by promoting a safety culture that is clear and positive, ensuring the well-being of both our team and supply chain.
Our ‘Stack Construction’ initiative encourages safe practice throughout the company, with every employee committed to its principles.
With a comprehensive Health & Safety Management system in accordance with ISO 45001, the entire business is committed to promoting a culture of safety.
Our Health & Safety Management system is subject to regular reviews, and we carry out regular inspections and audits to ensure that we are consistently striving for best practice and performance.

At Stack, we are committed to delivering high quality schemes. ‘Operation Zero’ is our company's target, and drives us to handover every project with zero defects. This commitment to quality underpins everything that we do, and spans the life of each project, right from inception, through to completion and aftercare.
Our Quality Management System, ensures that we consistently deliver the highest levels of quality. We continually refresh the skills and knowledge base of our people allowing us to provide our clients with a perfect finished product.
Our innovative approach to construction means that we aren’t afraid to try new technologies or processes in order to deliver a high-quality finish every time.

Stack is a business built on people. We understand that we are not just delivering buildings, we are providing homes, services and schools that serve people and their communities.
On every project, we take the time to understand how we can have a positive impact. This can include engaging with local schools, charities, social enterprises or ensuring that we employ a local supply chain. We are focused on making a difference, and engage with charities such as MIND.
People are our focus, and we are dedicated to the welfare of anyone our work may serve or impact, whilst also focusing on the welfare of our own people. We ensure that our staff, partners and suppliers have the support and services that they need.

We are committed to conducting our works sustainably and this underpins everything that we do. We approach every project with fresh thinking, and innovative solutions to deliver projects in the most environmentally beneficial way.
We are a responsible contractor. We continually monitor our environmental impact and take the steps to minimise this wherever possible. We implement strict environmental targets for each project and we ensure that our project teams and supply chain adhere to these.
The environmental impact of our work is considered at every point of the construction process from the design stage right through to handover and the life of our buildings.
